What's cooking in Year 10 Food Technology?
Year 10 Food Technology Students are continuing their unit Food Service and Catering this term. Year 10 Students were challenged with making Chocolate Eclairs. This involved making the choux pastry and filling from scratch which can be quite challenging and needs a lot of patience and attention.
What’s Cooking in Year 11 Hospitality
Year 11 Hospitality are continuing their unit Kitchen Skills this term. It is great to see Year 11 continue to develop and improve their cooking skills, techniques, and time management. This week students have made a Roasted Vegetable Salad. Keep up the great work Year 11.
