Vaccinations

Consent forms for Years 7 & 10 were distributed via LG on 4/02/21 & must be returned to the box in the foyer even though these vaccinations are not on until April/August respectively.

On 16/2/21 Year 8 will have their vaccinations. As the program for Year 7 2020 was interrupted by the COVID pandemic, this group is due a 2nd dose of HPV vaccine which had to be delayed until this year as the required time-frame between doses could not be reached before the end of the last school year.

NSW Health will bring Year 8 2021's consent forms with them on 16/2/21. New students in Year 8 have been included.
