ACU Step Up Into Teaching

Step Up Into Teaching (SUIT) is an Australian Catholic University Early Entry Program run in collaboration with the CEDP and Sydney Catholic Schools. The program provides students considering a career in teaching the opportunity to experience learning in a university environment.

In the 2022-2023 SUIT Program students participating will have the opportunity to study one or two modules equivalent to university level units while completing their HSC studies.

Interested students must attend the Compulsory Information Evening held on Monday the 30th of May commencing at 5pm and concluding at 6pm. This event will be held at the Strathfield Campus and on Zoom. Interested students are asked to register by using the QR Code on the Information Night flyer below.

NIDA Open Day

NIDA is holding an Open Day on Saturday June 18. This is an opportunity for students interested in the Performing Art to:  

• See a NIDA production
• Observe a class
• Tour their state-of-the-art building and facilities
• Chat to current students, course leaders and alumni about life at and after NIDA
• Attend a free workshop taught by industry specialists
• Find out more about the range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, scholarships, programs and other qualifications

NIDA offers hands-on highly personalised education and training for all creative types no matter where your interest in the performing arts lies. From Costume Design and Stage Management, to Acting and Musical Theatre explore behind the scenes of Australia’s leading performing art education centre at NIDA Open Day.

ACPE Open Day

The Australian College of Physical Education will be holding an Open Day on Saturday the 18th of June commencing at 10am and concluding at 1pm. 

This is an opportunity for students to:

• Meet with academic and student support staff to get answers to all of your study and student life queries
• Chat with current students about their experience at ACPE
• Learn all about our industry-focused courses
• Find out where a qualification from ACPE can take your career
• Take a tour of our state-of-the-art Sydney Olympic Park Campus
• Discuss course and study options with our Enrolment Advisors and get a personalised study plan
• Get assistance with applying or the enrolment process
