From the Leader of Wellbeing & Learning - Senior Campus
STAR STUDENT AWARD
On the senior campus this term a new award was introduced to the student body during assembly. This award is being established with the purpose of celebrating individual academic achievement as well as recognising students who model superior character and citizenship. This award recognises students who are consistently working hard in all that they do and consistently trying their best.
Teachers on the Senior Campus have been sending in nominations for the STAR award based on the following criteria:
SET A GOOD EXAMPLE
TAKE THE INITIATIVE
ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST
RESPECT EVERYONE
The students are awarded the STAR award once they have received nominations from multiple teachers who have noticed their consistent diligence and the way they model positive behaviour to others.
